Coach has goals at UK. He has accomplished his first, to win an NC. He also wants to coach an undefeated team. That could happen this year.
He's also a family man. He's quite happy in Lexington, his salary is higher than he could get in the NBA and he has set up a system that funnels the very best basketball recruits to UK.
I can see him staying at UK until he's 60, maybe longer if his system produces results like 2012 and this year more consistently. He's got a great gig and he knows it.

I agree, recruits want to play for him and there is no higher profile gig than the one he has.
I do see him retiring before he's too old, I bet no more than 60. When does his son graduate?
