I'm going to assume you mean the old Raiders, because the current Raiders are doing everything right across the board and will be a very solid team in about 2 years.

Cooper is going to give Carr a weapon he desperately needs.

Cooper has never shown himself to be a prima-donna, which is rare for the WR position. I would take his character and match it up against anyone. When he scores, he definitely acts like he's been there before.
Nothing needs to be said about his football prowess.
