Not really. Sims had tunnel vision for him all season long and Kiffin's offense inflates top receivers numbers. Just ask Marquise Lee. Cooper's numbers actually hurt the offense in a lot of ways because they did a very poor job finding ways to get other players the ball like Henry, Howard, and White. So when Cooper gets contained by the other team, Kiffin had no idea what the hell to do and the offense goes into funks and looks very disjointed like against LSU, Arkansas, second half of Ole Miss, and a good part of the Ohio State game as well.

But he was still that good as an identified target. The only game he was held in check was Arkansas.
