Why do you think Memphis would get it over Nashville? I know they have a great ballpark, but now Nashville does as well. Just curious

Just from looking at maps, seems to me that there are more hotels within easy walking distance of the ballpark in Memphis than in Nashville. There is a bit of a gulf between the park and the rest of downtown Nashville. Perhaps that will be filled, in part, with some hotels at some point in the future, but for now, it looks to me like Memphis has a slight edge.
