Holy shite. Just because they are having trouble subduing the guy DOESN'T JUSTIFY KILLING HIM. He had a rock, not a gun. If the three of them can't chase him down and tackle him, they shouldn't be cops. The guy posed no threat to their lives, but they used their firearms anyway. If people can't accept personal responsibility for their actions, like trying to purposely injure officers, I don't know what to tell you.

But of course they tried to subdue the guy with a taser and it didn't work. I've seen kids jacked up on drugs or having a psychotic break take multiple adults to restrain them. So a lot of broad assumptions being made here about what one or even three cops can do.
