It's a joke. He's mocking media who have been asking that non-stop because he won't disclose what Lyles illness is.
Most speculate it's either strep or mono.

ok. i knew he hadnt been playing and that strep or mono were the leading candidates as to the mystery illness. Cal needs to work on his material though.

I think it's strep. Mono goes on for a long time.
