Anyone have experience with Hustler Fasttrak ZTRs?

Not the Raptor, the Fastrak.
Been looking at a couple of ZTRs and narrowed it down to 2. THis is the one I don't personally know someone who owns one.
Have a 4 year 400 hour warranty so... seems like they would go lose money if the mower kept going to the shop. FYI... cutting 2 acres/residential.
Have a JD 190C right now. Going to a ZTR and want to stick in the $6000 to $6500 range.

No but I have a friend who uses Hustler's in his commercial landscape business and swears by them

This might not help, but I've used an older one and it was solid. I don't know how many hours it has, but it certainly wasn't new and performed fine. Like I said, it's an older fastrak, but was easy to work on (had to get a new belt, sharpen blades) and ran like a champ. Was cutting about the same acreage.

Toro or xmark IMO it's what I've always used and to me the hustler when sat beside a toro or xmark that is in the same price range looks cheap

the Fastrak.
Great mower. Has the thickest steel strap I've seen on a lawn mower deck. Only problem I saw (was the first model) was the air filter mounting bracket held the filter housing much higher than the engine, which means further from center of gravity. These bolts would loosen and fall out if not checked or removed and thread doped first.
Solid mower though..

I have one that I bought with 6 hours on the motor. Has the B&S engine, but it was such a good deal the engine didn't matter.
Residential use only on a lot that is just under 1 acre. It has slightly over 200 hours on it. Added a mulch kit. It's been a very good machine.
I'd buy one again if they still made it. Not so sure about the raptor.
