Shouldn't even matter if he lied.

Kids should get a transfer if the HC or either coordinator leave and no restrictions on where. Cut off date April 15th

Scholarships should be 4 years on the schools side of it

Limits on scholarships should be 85 and include 1 year of any medical redshirts

You should not be able to ever sign more than 28 scholarships in a year or 100 over the previous 4 years total - thus getting rid of blue/gray shirt shite

But this will give great leverage to the Coaches. They will never vote this in. The rest of your post is solid and should be done imo.

Btw what is the difference between the blue and grey?
