If Leo is opening his mouth he is lying. Cece tweeted that HE KNEW about Williams. He knew. Leo spouting all the BS about Foley was straight bullshite fed by none other than Willy Muschimp.

I don't know why Leo is doing what he is doing, but he has been lying and contradicting himself since the whole LOI shenanigan started.
