With the initial Rivals100 for the class of 2017 out earlier than ever and college coaches offering numerous freshmen and even some middle schoolers, it has become clear that ranking prospects sooner has become the norm at Rivals.com.

So while this isn't a true ranking -- no stars, no numbers -- for the class of 2018, we thought it would be a good time to take a look at 18 players to keep an eye on for the 2018 class.
