that announcement of the coach headed to the falcons Is exactly what is wrong with recruiting.
Smith said the coach was his go to guy. They talked all the time. As UCLA presumed the letter was in/on the way, they let the cat out of the bag. Forcing Smith to stay or lose a year in transfer.
