re: AU Lady Hoops is tanking hard

I'd say the beginning is hiring someone who knows the turf. For the majority of Flo's career she's been in the mid Atlantic and rust belt. She spent 6 years at UGA in their prime before she went back up to Georgetown. She knows the Big East (or what used to be the Big East) like the back of her hand.

Only other possibility is finding someone who will play a different style of play. We can only score in transition and even in uptempo games we turn the ball over too much.
