Agreed, and that was part of my point. I think Spurrier has laid a good foundation down.

That's what I think (biased of course) and what many people seem to forget. Not that facilities = success, but people assume that when Spurrier retires that the physical upgrades we've had over the last 10 years, and they are undoubtedly significant, will just crumble down.

I understand that when he leaves it will hurt recruiting for a cycle or two, like it does for everyone and as proved by his 2-3 comments, but I think we can recover from that.. especially if he get ourselves a good hire.
