On what grounds would she sue, assuming he isn't just making this up?

I can't see anything he did which, if the accusations are true, would constitute a legitimate civil suit. Calling a whore a whore and posting the intricacies of her whoredom are perfectly legal as long as there isn't some signed documentation mandating his silence on the matter.

That's basically what the Fox News legal team just said.

One of his wife's friends saw it going viral over the weekend, thought it sounded a lot like her friend (and she was aware of the paramour being named "Zac,") and she alerted the "X."
