Have any of the 'Tiger' schools ever contributed to wild tiger conservation?

There are 3,200 wild tigers total on Earth. To put that in perspective, every wild tiger on the planet could only fill a few sections of one of the stadiums. Just curious if any of the schools have helped from a conservation standpoint.

Putting 3,000 tigers in one stadium seems like a great plan.

Auburn should change the mascot to the Eagles. Makes no sense.

Yes, We keep one on hand at all times.

BTW, Captive tigers live twice as long as wild tigers.

That's why it should be legal to shoot the poachers who hunt them.

Yeah there's a group called Tigers 4 Tigers that is basically a bunch of schools with tiger mascots that try to bring awareness to the endangerment. LSU's chapter of the organization is hosting a coalition summit that's hosting people from mizzou and many other schools around the country this April. Pretty sure auburn is in on this
