No where in the world can you borrow money against "future earnings". The fine print in that is going to be a fricking thousand pages. There is NO WAY that is going to go well as a whole.

George O'Leary predicted Ohio State to win the MNC at that same talk. Dead serious. Thought he was an idiot at the time.
