The guy did well at USC with a little talent available.

The next HC at LSU with it's premier talent base?

Probably not but not out of the question. If Miles can go out on top with the help of O I would be fine giving him the shot to keep it going.

Maybe.

From the presser today, he honestly just sounded like he was thrilled to be coaching at LSU in any capacity.

This. If you have heard him on siriusXM radio or anywhere else in the last several months, it was very clear (and almost sad), that he wanted back in, in any capacity.

Good for him to get a gig at LSU. He'll do well there and him and Les and Steele will be comedy geauxld.

He said as much that he's been wanting to coach at LSU for a long time, he just felt like he needed to prove his worth elsewhere.

Perfect timing for him really. Bad luck for Brick.

Hugh Freeze can thank Bay Bay for the talent he walked into. O got the ball rolling for Ole Miss

Yes - if they keep Brick around they could be the SEC's version of "Blazing Saddles"

That's a little bit of a stretch there. Hugh didn't take over for O.

He's a good choice if your overall goal is to be a caricature of the publics perception of your school.
