Does Comcast really think the $ they save "off shoring" customer service is worth it! I mean you have to get a manager to get anyone who you may be able to understand their English if you get them "off script". As soon as Cspire gets their fiber optic cable laid in my neighborhood I am switching!

When I move it will be to a AT&T UVerse area only.
ETA: or google fiber.
