There is no better recruiting group in the country than Ed Orgeron, Frank Wilson, Kevin Steele, and Corey Raymond.

Kyle Phillips is enrolled at Tennessee, living on campus, taking classes, etc. Would be a monster flip by Orgeron, for sure.
