I wouldn't want to see Kirby go to LSU. Smart has been Saban's right hand man and one of our best recruiters...especially in Georgia.
Would hate to see an asset like that go to another SECW school

Good point, Smart is an elite recruiter.

There could be something to this, when all the dust finally settles.
I think he would be a great hire. He's clearly done well for himself.

I welcome him to move as far West as possible. He has been a bigger pain in the arse to recruit against than anyone else we go up against.

That would be a solid hire for us in the long run. We don't really have the personnel for his scheme right now.
I think it might be an upgrade for us overall, but we won't get him.
