First of all, this isn't a damn bragging thread. This isn't about arguing over who got who or any of that. 42-35, 23 -17 (10), ok we've got that out of the way.

I'm legitimately wondering if any team, from a recruiting stand point, has ever had this somewhere on their offensive depth chart:

#1 DT QB
#1 RB X2
#1 WR X2
#1 TE
#1 OT
#1 JUCO OT
#1 OG
#1 OC

Again, this doesn't need to be a pissing match. This doesn't need to be a flame fest. I'm just wondering, thank you for anyone who is willing to actually answer.

I'm thinking maybe USCw did it a few years ago, but I don't know.

Wasn't your 2011 or 2012 class supposedly the best ever?

So you are saying it can be.

USC comes to mind

Miami was more talented in the early 2000s, but I think their genius was more in the evaluation process beating the recruiting rankings. Recruiting rankings also weren't popular at that time so it's tough to say.

Since college football is over 100 years old I am sure it has been done before.

When the guys at rivals split, there was talk of Bama recruits getting a bump. Don't know if they were just butthurt about those guys starting 247, but some of the 5* bama has got have been average. I am not sure if some of your DBs could even start at most schools.

How many of those players were overrated? I know OJ Howard has never lived up to being the #1 tight end

Nice highschool team rankings. Now lets wait til they actually do something in college before we label them the number 1 at anything
