ads.frame???!!!

Starting today when I come to tRant, files named "ads.frame," ads-1.frame," ads-2.frame," etc. are being constantly and automatically downloaded to my "downloads" file. It doesn't happen on any other site. I use a Mac.
What is this shite??? How do I make it stop???
