Haha I'm sure you're being somewhat facetious, but I've oft wondered if that, other natural resources, or no real tactical type advantage were the reasons more hasn't been done.
It seems like the world as a whole doesn't really give a shite about Africa, and I'm not trying to act high and mighty, I certainly don't really care either. It's just weird that we are so quick to rush to other places but will watch hundreds of thousands be murdered and not intervene.
