Serious response: why haven't we done more in Africa? Whether is be islamic extremism or tribal disputes that lead to genocide, it doesn't seem like we have intervened much and there is a small U.S. troop presence. It seems strange since we (as a country) are so concerned with the spread of terrorism and genocide, but very little has been done. Why?

When the African Union and U.N. decided the continents private security forces weren't kosher due to their being heavily white South African/ Zim , most quit giving a shite.
