It's sometimes difficult to live here in that community. The vendors have a ton of $$$ and like to flaunt it.

That's one thing Fayetteville will have over Benton County. Lots of monied folks here keep it on the DL. Fayetteville could have a lot more amenities if the city govt wasn't so leftist. They try to keep Fayetteville poor, I mean "affordable" in some ways.
