By saying Geoff Collins made a lateral move? Now, he is going to be a Co-DC with Randy Shannon. Shannon is also the Associate HC and LB coach which was Collins position.

In no way, shape, or form would taking a Florida defensive coordinator in any fashion be a lateral move from basically the same position at Mississippi State.

I would've said the same thing had Freeze went to Florida.

no it was always a retarded statement seeing as how he got his MSU job by being a good OC at UF and he also saw charlie become the head coach at louisville so idiotic statement no matter how you spin it

Mullen was right about taking a step down but what does that say about the desirability of coaching for Mullen? Diaz will jump the first chance he gets.
