Diaz is a good DC. The texas team under Brown's last years had many problems. The teams just weren't functional and Brown was trying to save his arse by throwing his coordinators under the bus. Looking at Diaz's whole body of work, he has succeeded the majority of the time and he will be a major upgrade from Collins as far as scheme and adjustments.
