I agree about Quebec City, except I put it second behind Tel Aviv.
Tel Aviv boasts the most concentrated bunch of beautiful bitches ever in one place.
Quebec City has all that French hotty influence though, I'll give it that. Although there are some seriously snobby anti-American bitches to be found in Quebec City.
Ever notice how many girls in Windsor are from Quebec City ... and ask yourself why?
