And on another note, so many Bama fans keep up with recruiting that they know more of the newer names than some of the names that they have forgotten about. Boundary corners get less safety help do the the natural shade of the safety. So by default the boundary corner is more likely to be the better of the 2.

Who is to say that Eddie does not displace Cyrus at boundary, move Cyrus over the field and then Cyrus down to star and Tony to field when needed? The 3 best corners are not leaving. Any combination without those 3 is a more of hope on recruiting stars rather than what we have seen.

We are red-shirting 5 stars on the reg. TB has the intangibles to be a freak, plus he has the all important early pt. But Cyrus and Eddie wont be passed the hard way.

Somebody gonna have to play safety though

ETA without actually editing: Is safety the problem with this D? Or one of the main problems?

For 2015? Safety is the only big hole. We still need a coverage ILB, but that is it. Get solid Safety play and an ILB that can cover at an above average level and we get back to locking people down.
