The ACC (sort of) and B1G are down in basketball right now. The time is ripe.

I don't pay attention to the B1G as a whole but they might be down. Iowa has been bipolar all year (beat UNC but lose to teams they shouldn't) and they just beat #20 Ohio State.

Duke, Louisville, and Virginia are legit. UNC seems to have gotten a lot better as the season has progressed. I saw where Maryland is ranked, but I have no earthly idea about how good/bad they are. Syracuse seems to be having a down season.
eta: Forgot about ND who is actually pretty good this year too.

Outside of Wisky the Big 10 is pretty bad this year.
