Nothing to "figure out"
- preaches & teaches solid football, both sides of the ball, massive & quick o-line, blow everybody off the line, recruit exceptional RBs, tackle properly on D, & hire a guru DC. ... No "ceiling to hit" when you play fundamentally sound football. ... Sorry your coach isn't aware.

He was figured out in year 1 but if he keeps the right personnel it won't matter. Bert is a good coach.
