You can try to hide behind this, but that wasn't the point then and isn't now. Your entire point of trying to knock down the West is in relation to how Mizzou is viewed. Your post history and incessant crying is proof.

The West, despite the losses yesterday, is still easily the best division in college football.

While I agree with your point about why the thread was created, I am not so sure the west is the best division in college football. I REALLY do believe that the west has a higher opinion of itself than it should and the way the Mississippi schools got beat and LSU's loss seems to support this. Don't get me wrong....I ALWAYS pull for SEC schools. But I think we (SEC) is not as strong as we have been. Part of that problem is Georgia, Florida,Tennessee and South Carolina being weaker than normal, but I also think that the west is not as strong as many thought earlier.

It is abundantly obvious.

What division is better?

I'm sure some (many) fans do over inflate their opinion of the West.

Look man, going into the season I would have been happy with 3rd in the East. After the Idniana loss, I would have been happy with a 7 win and a bowl game season. Im not sure how or why this straw man was created about me wanting "cred" for Mizzou. We lost to Indiana and coupled with the roster make-up and rebuild going into the season I had no visions of grandeur. So all this talk about me pointing out the West's deficiencies has nothing to do with making or wanting Mizzou to look better. Thats just a deflection in its truest sense to a rightful observation.
