it's like LSU a couple of seasons ago against Clemson. They didn't play seriously and Clemson viewed it as a NC type game. They kept bragging all summer long about how they had beaten LSU and they barely won the game even against a lethargic LSU offense that season. I wish these teams would show up for these bowl games so the SEC overrated nonsense would stop.

Look, this thread never would have happened, but the west was running around talking about how weak the east was this year, and how great the west was. I believe several posters even said the last place west team would win the east. Wow. Things change, don't they? The west looks like crap now, and they want to fall back on saying they didn't prepare for their bowl games? VERY weak.
