I can buy the insanity defense, and would like to know how this killing was any more "torturous and cruel" than the next. I swear to God, I thought that I was watching a clip of Reno 911! when this clip first started.

I guess this video has been posted to justify excessive force by the police, boys. The bootlickers are fighting back!
