I just disagree overall. UGA has had higher expectations in those ten years. TN even with the good recruiting, no one has expected them to do much. Proof is no one until you has really thought about putting the underachieving label on them.
If no one is giving them much thought then how did they under perform against expectations? They didn't. I think this next year for Jones will be a big measuring stick for sure.

Not totally incorrect, but we did go to the title game in 2004 and 2007, we underachieved in 2008 (coach was subsequently fired), nobody expected us to do anything in 2009, 2010, or 2011. We grossly underachieved in 2012 (Doofus was subsequently fired). Nobody expected us to do anything in 2013, 2014.
So in the last decade, we've underachieved in 2-3 seasons.
