Figure it'll be a bit chilly when we go for nature/outdoor stuff (probably going to be in February). Live music is alright. History definitely (we're both into art and history). We're pretty casual drinkers, but I do like craft/local brews.

Ok. The Hermitage(Andrew Jackson's plantation),The Parthenon and The Frist(art museum) Also, the Country Music Hall of Fame is cool. I would definitely tour the Ryman if I were you. Take in a show there if you can.

Also, checkout the Civil War history, Battle of Nashville, Stones River Battlefield and Battle of Franklin(The Carter House). You may also wanna checkout the Travelers Rest Plantation.

Blackstone and Yazoo breweries are outstanding. Also, remember the Jack Daniels Distillery is a short drive. And the Corsair distillery in town is great.

The American Pickers store is located in the Marathon building downtown.
And I agree that you should go to a Preds game.

Four areas of interest for nightlife are Downtown, Midtown, the Gulch and East Nashville.

Any questions let me know

Oh yeah, checkout the Hutton, Renaissance, and Omni hotels, all are downtown.
The Opryland hotel is cool, just a little ways out of town.

Oh yeah, Union Station Hotel downtown is amazing. It's a beautiful historic building and next door to the flying saucer for great brews and food
