Keeping Maddon off the point in critical times would be a good start,but I reckon Mike can figure that out..

For sure, he's just not that good at the 1. Madden's natural position is the 2 and he's been ok coming off the bench in that role. Durham developing as a 1 with Beard at the 2 is a great combo.
