I feel like it has to help him, from a credibility standpoint, that he wasn't intoxicated. Or at least I haven't heard that he was. Have to assume the Kelly's have a good attorney.

With all the other charges they gave him, there wasn't a single intoxication or drug charge. Dude got into a scuffle with an over zealous bouncer.
Nothing will come of this. Maybe a one game suspension. He'll be back to balling out by the time SEC schedule starts
