I think most non-partison people would say prior to 2000, LSU historically was about a top 15ish program of all time, along with AU and UF.
As of 2014, all 3 are right there at the 10 range with some probably being in the single digits.

nope they say top 10 so I'm taking it. LSU is a slightly better UGA
