Malik is an early enrollee. He doesn't have until NSD. Bottom line is Sumlin has had over a month to land a good DC and he shat the bed. Malik had a right to know who the DC was going to be and Sumlin couldn't give him any answers. This is 100% on him

Malik can wait. If he doesn't like it too bad. If doesn't like being told to STFU and fall in line he's going to end up transferring out of Texas within two years.
Half this board has bitched about Sumlin being too lax with players and now that he bows up to one you are pissed at that too.
