How do folks not get arrested at some schools... drugs and cash in a dorm room, not mine officer, so they let them go... Used to be everyone would have been charged.

You left out the smell of weed. I guess the stuff was just simmering in the back seat of the car? "Is this your pot?" "No Officer, don't know who it belongs to or why it is smoking up the car."
