Sumlin filled his staff with a bunch of recruiters that aren't the best at coaching technique. Now he has lost two of those recruiters in Beatty (HC Kansas) and Anderson (fired). So of course there will be attrition. And it sucks.
But Sumlin needs to realize he needs people who can coach the players up. He better hire a good DC. That will fix a lot of the mess.

What will fix this mess is like a $15 million dollar buyout.
Everything between now and then is just wasted time.
