Michigan already had 2 good coaches (hoke and rod) that failed. no coach is going to fix systematic problems that plague an AD like Michigan. They need to clean house in the AD and start over.

Neither Hoke nor Rodriguez suddenly became bad football coaches when they arrived in Ann Arbor. There are inherent difficulties there...not the least of which is lousy weather. The best athletes and best players are in the South and California.
