Two seasons is what it took Saban to turn around Alabama.
Michigan has recruited fairly well too, so I'd say three seasons and they should be in the thick of things.

2014 - #31, 1 five-star, 6 four-stars, 8 three-stars, 2 two-stars
2013 - #5 - 1 five-star, 16 four-stars, 9 three-stars, 1 two-star
2012 - #7 - 2 five-stars, 10 four-stars, 13 three-stars
2011 - #21 - 6 four-stars, 13 three-stars, 1 two-star
