Harbaugh isn't going to Michigan, IMO. NFL guys don't need to recruit. I am pretty sure that Harbaugh would have his pick of the litter with NFL openings, and some teams would even make an opening to get Harbaugh.

This is a different era in football. No longer can Notre Dame, Ohio st, penn st or Michigan be consistent powers. The top players every year are all in the south or west.
Years back they could lure top talent away by promising them playing on tv. Everyone can promise that today. Football is played year long in the south. It seems the game has passed the northeast and midwest by.
