No doubt. KPD and KCSO need to get their happy asses and patrol high crime areas. Be out and about in the general area and start to get to know the people who live there because if you earn trust then you'll get info. you won't get any other way. Residents would feel safer and criminals would get the idea that pulling shite out on the streets isn't acceptable.

Instead they looooove harassing students and ticketing the frick out of people as well as busting prostitutes. Real crime is too dangerous for these asshats to deal with and doesn't offer the easy case or $$$ tickets and vice 'crimes' do.
