That's what happens when you sign 30+ kids.

They should just give UT an extra 20 scholarships out of pity.

Over recruited. Others recruited in same class are better. Need the spots.

Weren't these guys all TR FR?

Not like Butch is processing 3yr players who never amounted to anything.

Yeah. They wanted to keep Hendrix but maybe he just didn't want to be a career backup to Barnett. He was rumored to be bitching about PT quite a bit.

Scott didn't impress me and Kamara was going to leap frog him anyways. Not worried about losing him.

Helm would've been nice to keep around but whatever.

None of these players were processed. They are all leaving on their own. All 3 guys will be pretty good college players imo. Helm definitely would have been a contributor next year and Hendrix likely would have as well if he could pick up the mental part of the game.

Scott was hurt all year. I agree he is not better than Hurd or Kamara but he is a very good guy to have in your program as a 3rd RB. Much better than Reid or Bruce or Love or whoever imo.

All 3 of these losses hurt from a depth perspective.

That is what everyone says about processed players. It's better to accept the practice of processing and own that bitch.

I own it when it is true. When guys like Draw Bowles and Lemond Johnson leave I certainly wont pretend like they weren't pushed out.

These guys all chose to leave.

Helm grew up in a sheltered Christian environment and apparently hasn't adapted well to the college experience. Also He doesn't like the coaches cussing. We have another freshman tight end and are bringing in another good one in the upcoming class.
