Pleaded guilty the following year to a charge of possession of marijuana in the second degree, a misdemeanor; given a suspended sentence, two years probation and ordered into a court-referral program

Sounds like that guy Markale should have been locked up a long time ago. This is truly a tragedy, and not just because he was a football player with great potential.
