Are we not trying to be better than their bad programs?

Do you consider Kentucky to be a bad program?

We have the biggest disparity between home and away.

So you would be OK with it if more home games were being lost?

I don't think we should just use other teams sucking on the road as a excuse for us.

Who said it was an excuse, its a simple question, if winning on the road was easy, several teams would have finished at or above .500 in the same time span.

I don't think that was his claim. He simply said winning 18% of our road games is abysmal, and it is. 50% or better is nothing but a pipe dream, and not just for us. However, winning 25-30% would be within reason.

We haven't had a winning road % since the 94-95 season, so it isn't just MA. It's that at home we set the pace, and on the road we let our opponent set the pace - that's the difference. Well, outside of the mindset of the players going into a road game, it's like they concede before the game starts.

No. The exact opposite actually. Most years they are also above .500 on the road.

The other guy earlier in the thread was right. If the team wins two or three more away games, which is not asking the world we are more than likely in the tourny.

Nobody says it is a cake walk. However, it is not as difficult as the team makes it look. They don't just lose on the road. They play like the monstars took their talent.
