I think the reason it fit so well was because he could actually coach and the bigger part was that from my view point, the fans embraced MA totally. They totally backed this guy when he was here. That's what Arky fans don't understand when the topic comes up. Mizzou fans felt that MA turned his back on a program that believed in him totally.

Haith? I don't think fans really totally embraced him. He wasn't a good x's and o's coach and enherited good players from MA. That and I think people were still miffed about MA's leaving.

I still think Kim can get the job done. He needs to add pieces to a young team. There are flashes. But there are "freshman" mistakes that set them back.

If MA were still here, coupled with Pinkels FB program and success, it would truly be epic.
